Every Friday we free our minds. Empty your brain into your BOP. Write down everything you need to remember, do, and take care of for the next week. Scan your previous week's lists, too. Zoning in: Bathroom. Scrub the tub.
HabithackerHealth: Can you do a double 11? (11 minutes plus 11 minutes of aerobics). If not, no worries--stick with a single 11.
