It's Sunday...and that means it's time for some creative juice.

Obey your brain on paper (BOP), and control your cuisine. These Day 17 tasks are explained at left.

Every Sunday we get creative. Here's an idea: why not decorate your BOP? Use gel pens or markers. If you're going the 3-ring binder route, get a binder with a cover that lets you insert photos you've printed from your computer. (If you're new here, see Day 8 at left for an explanation of your Brain on Paper.)
Zoning in: Weekend Warriors only:  Bedroom. No warrioring today, folks. Take advantage of your clean bedroom, have a bath, go to bed early
HabithackerHealth: 15 minutes of exercise. Yes, even on Sundays, Day of Rest NOT. 
January's Habit: Polish your place.
