Is your mind clear?

Obey your brain on paper (BOP), and ask: Who lives here? These Day 22 tasks are explained in the column at left. 
January's Habit: Polish your place. It's the primary directive and the only thing you must must must do.

Every Friday we free our minds. Get out the notebooks, friends, and write some lists: everything you need to remember, do, and take care of for the next week. Scan your previous week's lists, too.
Zoning in: Living areas. Take a big laundry basket or box and run through your family living rooms picking up everything that doesn't belong for 10 minutes. Then spent another 5 or 10 distributing these items to their homes.
HabithackerHealth: 15 minutes of exercise. At least. You may be ready for more. Add a minute or two if you're able.
